Product Descriptions

We reserve the right to replace flowers which are unavailable with those of a similar type and value.

Equipment Hire

Any equipment which has been hired and is not available for collection after the event will be charged for at the full replacement cost.

Payment

A 15% non-refundable deposit is taken to secure your booking. The final balance must be paid 3 weeks to the wedding date.

Delivery

Delivery of your flowers to you, the church and the venue are included in the quote. It is possible to deliver to other locations but a charge may be made.

Liability

We are not responsible for any injuries or damage resulting from broken glass or equipment.

Privacy

Any personal information you provide is treated as strictly confidential. Your details will not be shared with other parties unless required to do so to comply with the law or government regulations.
